We chose to assist an Italian Restaurant in Scottsdale called Tesoro. The restaurant was handed over to a new owner, Jacob Grady, in February of 2015 and since then, the restaurant has seen much success, changes, and challenges. The owner purchased the clover POS system which essentially is a base device with separate applications for separate segments. For example, there's an app for payroll, everyday transactions, inventory etc. The system is able to utilize apps, however, seemingly difficult for the users. More specifically, the restaurant is struggling with the inventory system. Jacob Grady would like for us to facilitate the inventory process. We will need to talk more to the stakeholders to realize the real problems behind the challenges of this application.
